Performance Analyzer
"Performance Analyzer" (acting as a "production process microscope" for the factory, PA aims to help achieve data-driven manufacturing excellence. It eliminates the limitations of manual data collection, ensuring comprehensive, accurate, and timestamped production cycle time datasets, laying the foundation for actionable insights and providing a standard for production cycle time monitoring); Responsibilities include: collecting business/factory needs and identifying pain points in production cycle time monitoring; conducting feasibility analysis and performance evaluation; designing IIoT solution architecture; defining technical development goals and documentation; program development/testing; project kickoff and roadmap/timeline; coordinating communication/collaboration with relevant stakeholders at different stages; server deployment/ debugging; and continuous improvement throughout the project lifecycle; Based on PLC + C# + Angular + MQTT + QuestDB + MySQL, it digitizes, visualizes, and makes transparent factory cycle time/sub-cycle time.

Energy Management System
Leaded and independently developed EMS (Energy Management System), a digital energy consumption monitoring system based on a B/S architecture(C# + Blazor + PostgreSQL + QuestDB + ModbusTCP). It can statistically analyze the energy consumption of various areas/production lines in the factory in real time and visualize the data in a dashboard. Responsibilities included: use case requirements analysis/system architecture design/technical standard setting/equipment connection/project deployment, plan management/programming and debugging/continuous optimization, providing a data foundation and improvement direction for continuous energy savings (the factory has annual energy consumption reduction targets). deployed in several ZF factories (Qingdao, Jinan, Taishan, Wuhan, Xi'an)

Data Center For SMT Lines
The data center serves as a data collection hub responsible for gathering data from three sources: (1) PLC data from assembly lines via the OPC UA protocol; (2) data from equipment such as SMT, AOI, and SPI—transmitted via socket to a "socket-to-OPC UA" server and parsed into OPC UA nodes; and (3) log files from devices (e.g., flash memory units), with contents parsed into OPC UA nodes. The hub handles data analysis and storage, providing metrics such as production output, FPY (First Pass Yield), and cycle time via an API. Three applications—data center, socket2opcua, and log2opcua—were developed using Python.

Automated Industrial Vision Inspection
Based on .Net and Cognex vision software development, the software communicates with siemens PLC via TCP/IP, after receiving PLC telegram, it triggers the industrial camera to work, the camera identifies the detection content, and the software sends the detection results to the PLC, the software adds text watermark for qualified products and sends the captured images to server via FTP. Responsible for writing PLC side programs, developing stand-alone applications using C#/WinForm and the SDK provided by Cognex, jointly debugging.

Offline Resistance Test Platform
A portable resistance test platform based on C#/WPF, MySQL, RS232, and Keithley electrical test instruments. The application uses serial communication to send commands to the electrical test instruments. The software has built-in preset resistance measurement values and tolerances. The system can measure bridge wire, short-circuit, contact and insulation resistance, and the final test results are given. The measured data is bound with the pre-scanned QR code, all test data are stored in the database to realize traceability.
